At first i thought that it would be kind of boring, and i thought i wouldn't like it all. But once we got to our first activity, and we started it, it actually was fun. We had to lay logs into little grooves in the next tree stump for us to be able to cross over. In the end we had to be all the way across at the other side.To get there you weren't aloud to touch the ground. In this activity me and Hayley had to cling on to each other to stand on a little tree stump together, we both got across, and were the first ones to get there. There was a rope on the side you were on when you had finished, and you could use that rope for whatever you wanted. I thought of an idea to use the rope like a hand rail, it worked very well, until it touched the ground three times. I learned that even when your done and have succeeded you can still help out from the other side, and it helps the whole team.
Our second activity was called "the kings finger,"when we got to the activity spot, it looked simple, you had to get the tire (that was at the bottom of a large pole) off of the pole, but the pole was tall! So first we got someone up, with people holding his feet, but it didn't work because, the people holding his feet started falling backwards. So we tried again, With Thomas on the pole some people holding him up. After a little while, he finally got high enough and pushed the tire off the top of the pole.
But because we did it so quick, our group leader told us to find a way to put the tire back on the pole. Now we had to choose a person to put it back on, it was between Jamie, and me. We picked Jamie, because she was taller. We did that very quick again! That was a tough activity, we all had a role, and we were all involved. I think our group needed everyone that was there, and it was cool to see how everyone found a position and role, without even saying a word to each other. Then, when we were all in our spots, we started to get Jamie up, and get the tire back on the pole. Once we got it on, we couldn't just let go, Jamie had to hold the tire up, so it didn't fall on anyone, and the supporting people had to lower her down slowly.
Our Group finished activity 2 so fast, we played another game, i can't remember what it was called, but we had to get a ball passed from each of our hands, to another persons, in the shortest amount of time that we possibly get. First we started to throw the ball to each other from a circle, and it took more than 30 seconds. After that, ideas were being noticed, and we started to move closer. We still had a slow time. Our group was talking about our ideas, then someone came up with the idea of standing in a straight line, and passing the ball to each other. We thought that was pretty quick, because we had got a time of 4.5 seconds. Then we decided to put our hands together in a ramp so the ball could roll down faster than actually passing it to each other. After many attempts, we finally got it to work, and got a time of 1.Something, we were very happy. Until Eric came up with the idea of just one of our fingers in a ramp, rather than our hands. That gave us a time of 0.36 seconds (i think)! That was a great time, and also made me feel happy that we could all organize it and do it very well, and not with any debates or arguments.
In conclusion, this day did help and show me how well we can work together, and I never would of thought that our group could do the activities so well, and work together so well.

Great summary of your day Brenna! The concluding sentence to your first paragraph is quite insightful. Hopefully you can find a way to apply this lesson in other in other circumstances - soccer, classwork, friends.
